  2. Can you remember any examples of women appointed to similar positions?
  3. Find out what type of job commodore is.
  4. What type of job do you think your future profession is?

  1. Are you sure you've chosen the right profession? Check your choice using the job test .
  2. Does the test say you've made the right choice? If not how do you think why?
TASK 3
  1. Go to BBC Teens and read what the UK laws say about jobs for teens.
  2. Compare the UK laws with Russian ones.
  3. Do you have any experience of working while being a teenager? Tell the class about it.

 

TASK 4
  1. Look at the types of work and say which one job for teens fits.
  2. Can you give examples to each of the types?
  3. Using the CitizenshipFoundation site find answers to the ff Qs:
    - How much can a teenager of 17-19 earn per hour in UK?
    - How can a teenager cope with a payslip
    - Is there a pension for a teenager?
    After you are through this summarize the info you read in the Q: What should a teenager keep in mind when being hired?
